I adopt a warm, patient, and curious approach to my work with clients. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples address challenges and find solutions based on unique and individual needs, choices, and situations. 
You may be seeking personal changes in your life or support in forming better relationships. My goal is to provide a space where you experience a sense of safety, a comfortable pace, and compassionate care – for whatever is on your plate. I personally respond to all phone calls and emails.

Fees

  •  Individual Adult Counselling Session $130 for 55-minute session

  • Couples Counselling Session $150 for 55-minute session
  • In-Person Sessions, some Online/ Virtual Counselling sessions
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments will incur a fee
  • Accepted forms of payment:  Credit card, cash or etransfer

  • Health Benefits – Please check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility for coverage with a Clinical Counsellor
     before booking a session

Confidentiality

 

At Keel Cove Counselling we adhere to the professional and ethical code of practice of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. We are committed to:

– client confidentiality
– secure storage of client information
– reviewing confidentiality and informed consent 


Exceptional situations to client confidentiality are:

  • abuse or harm involving a minor
  • disclosure of imminent danger to self
  • disclosure of imminent danger to others
  • medical emergency
  • subpoena by a court of law

Cancellations/ Missed Appointments

  • Clients may request a rescheduled appointment or cancel a session with more than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or requests to change session time requires a 24 hours’ notice by email or phone message.
  •  A $55 fee applies to clients where less than a 24 hours’ notice was given 
  • The usually hourly fee applies to missed appointments.
